I lost my progress after switching from Android (Google Play Games) to iPhone. My account was around level 28, I don’t remember of all. I no longer have access to the original device but I used the same Google account. Is it possible to recover my account? Thanks My account is xKimBoo
Did you transfer your progress from Android to iOS according to this guide?
You need to prepare the progress for migration on the old device first.
If you didn’t do that part first, since you don’t have access to the old device anymore, I think the best course of action is to email support@flyboys.games with player names for both the Google account and the new Apple Game Center account and ask them to make the transfer for you, hopefully they can help you.
