:pushpin: Why should this airline be added?
As per other airlines who operated an Asia subsidiary, JAL had its own so as to serve the ROC without compromising flights to the PRC. However, unlike other airlines, JAL’s operated as a separate entity call Japan Air Asia (JAA), flying from its founding in 1975 up until it was absorbed by JAL in 2008. It regularly exchanged aircraft with its parent hence the mishmash of liveries but it had quite a few special ones which would be a pleasure to see. It operated flights from Taipei to Tokyo, Osaka and NGO which could make it a good airline for players to operate there, as well as conducting fifth freedom flights onwards to Manila, Okinawa and HKG which would make it perfect for this upcoming HKG and 747 release. Another route it operated was Kaohsiung to Narita. Beginning in 2004, most JAA flights were operated by JAL 747-400s though a few were still operated by JAA flagged aircraft, as restrictions had been lifted on flights, which is why most other airlines dropped their Asia subsidiaries.

This airline should be added as it represents a time in history where Asia variants of airlines operated and was an airline that both had a distinct identity, as well as having its own special liveries, it would be a real pleasure to see at HKG and NGO in the future.
