Why should this airline be added?
I didnβt realise hitting enter while holding shift posts. This airline existed from 1986 until 2012 when it went bankrupt, due to a number of reasons. It began as a new lower cost alternative to Iberia, offering flights within the 1990s to Washington DC and Buenos Aires on its 767s, as well as European routes on its MD family, from its base in Barcelona. In 2002, a new livery was introduced along with a shakeup as the long haul flights werenβt profitable and the 767s were then sold off. The airline started operating short haul flights to Barcelona and to other Spanish holiday destinations from European cities, including my local of Liverpool, but a fatal crash in 2008 forced them to again rebrand, right at the precipice of the financial crash and subsequent recession. The airline never really recovered and liquidated in late 2011/early 2012, hence the 1 aircraft in a new livery over 2 years.
This airline would add a bonus to Spain and Barcelona for players to operate into their airports as well as being a personal favourite of mine due to their oddball fleet.
