This bug also confuse me so many time, Every time I have to quit game and restart. I have noidea how to avoid this bug.
There used to be a bug that let us get cool camera shot but it unfortunately got patched in the last update😔

It’s not a bug, all I did Is turn off departure tower management and leave the other 3 on
