Gotta be my newest addition, GJs Gemini200 AN-225 (hand for reference) :
While we are talking about favourite models…
Mine would either be this huge 1:100 a346
Sorry for bad quality.
Or this 1:400 GJ BA 772
Bruh I just recommended that old livery virgin atlantic in the new aircraft livery for Europe thread without knowing you posted this at the same time
Lol i saw you replying on that thread aswell
Ok lets start on today’s work.
Im not completely sure of what to do as my cat scratched my runway…
Was going to do the runway but not sure what to do now.
I might do some taxi markings as my gates are pretty much finished till i add rubber markings and stuff.
So i might add more markings like this:
Sorry for bad quality.
My ideas would be to either patch the runway, by glueing more paper on top of the scratches. The other idea, if you’re going to fully paint the runway would be ignore it, and it would probably blend in with regular runway wear and tear.
Alright thanks.
And yea i do plan to colour the runway so yea ill leave it.
Many thanks
Wait when i see it closer yeah it does look a bit off
Look at it directly from the front, and compare it to the window line. Then it becomes noticeable.
Wow you must have a strong ceiling, how is that hanging from it?!
I see, aleast its still better than the jc wings one i replaced with this, i had 2 jc wings a320ceos with the same reg, so i sold them both and replaced them with these 2
Yeah I’ve got the JC Wings set, sold one of them recently. The engines look awful on them, so hopefully some more using the Panda mould are released in the future.
How are you planning to make the terminal? I could use some advise for my model of Richmond RIC.
Using foam boards probably, and then print the windows off by taking a screenie of google earth
Windows from Google Earth? Is there really good 3d view there? Are you going to use pictures too? From what I know it is really hard to use satellite images to make the side of the terminal. Also, a tip for connecting pieces of foam board I know from other crafts, using a piece of pipe cleaner to connect them works great!
