Don’t bother, I’ve seen some photos of it and it looks like someone has simply polished some scrap metal. They can’t even apply the Jet2holidays text in a straight line… However NG are releasing a pair of 757s again, G-LSAC () and G-LSAD. I have their original 1/400 757 releases and they are great.

I have the 1/400 one, that’s alright but the Gemini 1/400 A321neo mould has the engines way to big and the gear to chunky. Then you have NG who are really struggling with window lines and cockpit window printings on a lot of their new models, then you have their new 767 with the issues listed and winglets ripped from a 757… :joy:

Yea my a321neo (gemini) the right engine fell off when i picked the model up from the plastic by the fuselage and when i got the model its vertical stabilisers were just not connected. Bad quality.
And the engines are huge like you said

Just had a look at the NG 757, think I may splash out for one…

I had the 2 original 1/200 Jet2 ones and they were good, sold them early though as it’s not my thing. Most of my collection seems to be NG, but lately they are just ignoring European models and just copy and pasting a load of Chinese and American 737s and A320s. Last proper set of European models aimed at the European collector in 1/400 was a quartet of Condor 757s and a BA A320neo, back in April… :man_shrugging: They may have done a couple of Aegean A320s since, but they seem to just copy and paste them vice giving people something they want.

What i want NG to do is make loganair aircraft (if they have the molds yet) but yea GJ and NG need to release more turboprops. (Atr dash 8s ect)

Thought I’d share some photos from my WIP 1/400 Airport set in the Canaries. So far I’ve got some of the roads marked out, a bit of the taxiway set up and some remote stands. Lots (I mean lots) still needs to be done, but here is a couple of photos of some of the remote stands.

Let me guess… Is it Tenerife or possibly Lanzarote?
(Looks good tho )

It’s set in Tenerife, but vaguely inspired by both of them. I’ll probably share more photos as things move along. Taking it slow as those paint pens are getting on my wick a bit now . Making it so I can set the airport in a variety of years. Got some models from the late 2000s (basically as I would have seen airports like TFS when I went on holiday as a kid), but mostly present day stuff.

Nice! Exited to see the outcome. Will it include a terminal and/or a runway?
Also it could be teneriffe central :joy:

I’ve still remembered aircraft mainly from Late 2000s Early 2010s since I was a baby at the time.
Lets hope no one mess up your layout, my sister decided to mess my model railway layout during rebuilding (I’ll have to start some parts again so yikes :grimacing:)

Dang. Sibling’s are annoying though.

Here’s the answer to that!

Ignore the mess the board is in, got aircraft all over the place for measurements.

My god that looks incredible. Splashed out for the 3D printed terminal aswell.

Not really, my sister did help a bit but she actually messed something up therefore it is kinda my fault not my sister.

Im not sure how to make the terminal for my airport.
In the past ive made them out of lego but this time i want a more realistic one.

It’s a Herpa Wings terminal, got the set, used what I needed and sold/selling the spare pieces I don’t need to get some of the money back. Those minibuses are the only thing 3D printed, using them as coach transfers for tour operators. Got them off eBay last week. The Jet2 stairs are 3D printed as well I think, forgot about them. Had them for a few years now.
