I have a big problem… my account has suddenly disappeared. I logged into the game normally, and then I see that everything is gone. Is there any way to fix this, please? I’ve already invested a lot of money in the game, and it would be very annoying if I had to start over and my invested money simply vanished into thin air.
Is your account still in the top left corner or are you on a new weird number account. If it’s the latter, you just need to reconnect it, happened to me a couple of times. If not, post some screenshots and someone should be able to help. Also, posted under the wrong bug thread I believe.
