I unlocked new airport (BRI) and I transformed one yellow plane into 10k money. If I will restart this airport, will I get 20k instead of 10k at the start?
no, if you restart and if you don’t have any yellow planes you get the normal starting budget.
restarting is only an option if you made a mistake like unlocking too much gates and don’t spend money for handling
