So, the new airport teaser was released and many have speculated it to be DEL airport India.
[I am not speculating nor am I one of the people who has all official information. I am assuming that it is DEL airport that is coming up and so am doing this]
Being from India and having visited that airport often I have taken it upon myself to post here everything that I know about the airport.
So here in the replies I will post information about the airport in real life as and when I get the time to do the same.

This is the new map of the airport.
In July this year. A fourth runway and elevated taxiway was inaugerated at the airport. (The elevated taxiway is above a highway just like at LEJ…which makes it a point for plane spotting).
Now 4 runways are fully operational at the airport.
It operates more than 1600 flights daily today and is set to scale up operations to 2000 flights daily and ranks as the 2nd busiest airport in the world by seating capacity.

Hello and good morning, im a kind of new in this chat, i were very excited hoping the new airport arrive with 2.0.3 but was not like that

The new airport is not originally planned for 2.3. I am sure there will be a blog post coming soon that will explain when it will happen. Anyway, the important thing with WoA updates is just to wait!
