New Game Features

Agreed, I think they’re waiting until the rework to do that.

The bus thing was a little more annoying because they chose to put an MTA bus as opposed to just making one more bus. Or just leaving the blank one

I could a bunch of those star alliance aircraft at the airport near my house. Also a beluga airbus is chilling at the hanger of the airport for a long time

I think it would be great to have a correct primary/secondary/accent division on the A19N special livery. Currently this is the closest you can get to the real life version.

And this is the real livery

If they had primary as the tail color and “A319” text, secondary as the “neo” and “unbeatable fuel efficiency” text, and accent as the neo text on the tail, and the “AIRBUS” text, we could make a realistic livery.
I had hoped it would come with the remodel. If this is changed I’ll buy the livery.

Your comment stuck with me.
Of course we’re gonna walk from the terminal to the plane regardless of how small the plane is.

Sunrise flight from regional airport.

Im not surprised at WRO unless you fly a Premium Airline you have to walk down the jetway and down the steps regardless of aircraft. 99.99 percent of European airport uses stairs to get on and off the aircraft, if you want to experience it.

Ik the majority dont but… 99.99% is not true. FRA LHR LGW DUB MAN CDG Larnaca munich and many more have jet bridges.

Aircraft lease/ Wet lease/ charter flights

I’ve been thinking for a while but why not we included these features in game to give it more realism let’s brake it down.

Aircraft Lease
My plan for aircraft lease is to include some Airline in game that was leased from other airlines here are some examples

A TUI A320 :uk: operated by Smartlynx Estonia :estonia:

BA A320 :uk: operated by Avion Express :lithuania:

Fly One A320 :moldova: operated by Jordan Avation :jordan:

These examples give the player the opportunity to bring more airlines in as some looks interesting like the TUI A320.
It doesn’t need to be blank some airline do It for a lesser for years

This Aer Lingus :ireland: ATR 72 is leased by Emerald Airlines :ireland:

It would also be interesting for players to lease an aircraft depending on how long they need for half of the price of a brand new aircraft from lesser (Aer Cap, Gecas etc)
In fact some aircraft in airlines fleet do

Wet lease flights
It would be interesting to see Wet lease flights (where airlines would
It would be cool to see some charter airlines (Privilege Style :es:, Hifly :portugal:) carriers to operate a wet lease flights that other airlines that can’t afford to buy and aircraft or crew or for mainliners that need extra capacity.

This Privilege Style :es: A321 is operating on a flight usually operated and has the same flight code as KLM :netherlands:.

Charter flights
I would love to see a system where charter airlines sometimes mainliners to operate on a flight for an event or something like that where demand for that City/ country is high Example: Euro 2024, Olympic Games in Paris or 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Some airlines in the summer uses charter flights to operate some routes to sunny locations.

Here are some examples

This Freebird Airlines :tr: operating on behalf of TUI Airways :uk:

This Wizz Air :hungary: coming into Dublin carrying the Hungarian football team for a match

This Aer Lingus :ireland: A320 carrying the Irish Rugby team to France.

I would also love to see a feature or a system where an event is happening and you need a minimum aircraft capacity for the event, for example an football event, minimum aircraft: E190, minimum capacity: 130 seats and meeting these requirements would make it a higher reward like, bonus Wollers, silver planes, aircraft longer lasting etc.

I hope you can support this idea as I spent about 3 days brainstorm, creating and publishing my idea on the forum as if added would be a game changer for WOA!

Maybe this could be a way for us to land contract planes and not just our own! Also… what’s up with that pilots’ face lol

Probably because he doesn’t want to fly with loads of rugby teams and probably some fans in the back :joy:

Hahaha, I didn’t know Privilege Style existed until they chartered my Aer Lingus flight this summer during the Pilot strike.

In terms of the strike, it’s technically a work to rule strike where pilots of duty will not go on the portal, accept phone calls and emails, Privilege Style was one of them that helped them a bit during the strike as well as Danish Air Transport and even Ryanair funny enough, I even flew on EI during the strike which not gonna lie, is pretty scary cause arriving at the airport, through security and to the gate only to find out it’s cancelled is a true nightmare.

Was it okay or was the ecoaviation extra capacity mod still in place

I think it would be interesting if there was a spot change.

example
Ground Staff We are currently in spot 305, B787. Please allow us to go to spot 315. Please.

Tower Understood, move allowed.

Once the move is complete

Ground Staff Towing completed

What do you think?

I don’t know how much it would really help gameplay. What would it be used for?

This is just my opinion, but for example, there are currently S, M, L and X sizes for spot wear.
For example, if you want to enter the L spot, but an S plane is currently parked there, but the S plane’s spot is open.
At that time, I thought it would be good to move the S aircraft to an open S spot and put the L aircraft in that open spot, and I came up with this idea.

This is something I have wanted often. The bigger thing imo is to be able to unassign a stand so I can cancel a contract instead of landing it.

You know what we really need is the ability to sell stands, cause the starting stands at LHR haunt me to this day, I just want to get rid of the s and m on them man :sob:

This is morealess at issue at some airports at stands where aircraft pushing back are usually pulled further and further away from a terminal or fence to prevent Jet blast.
For example at DUB at the Northern pier aircraft are pushed back and pulled to around were that aircraft is there on screen

I don’t know if they still do it now but when I flew out of that part of the airport in April 2023 they did.
