Too close to IAD. Devs want to fill out the rest of the world first.
Perpendicular runways. This means that only two of the runways would be in operation - likely 13L and 13R.
Too big. There are too many stands, so, like LHR, the airport will always look very empty. 1 runway for landings can’t fill the airport up quickly enough.
Construction. T2 and T6 are currently under construction, so we don’t know what they look like yet, meaning they can’t be modelled yet. T7 will probably be renovated after that, so the airport will be a changing landscape for the next 5+ years. It wouldn’t make sense for the devs to have to update the airport every few months, adding or removing stands.
I have to agree with you LHR to be honest was a BIG mistake, I would personally love to see DUB or MAN added instead of LHR there smaller, they just have 2 runways and has more airlines than LHR to be honest.
DUB and MAN are good picks, DUB for its location and MAN for a unique runway layout. However both have some elements that would be difficult to efficiently replicate in WoA, like whole aprons only accessible via a single taxiway. In game this could lead to bottlenecks, slowing gameplay.
Yeah although there unlikely at the moment the chances of ever coming to the game is not 0
I have to agree especially at DUB between T2 and the South gates as there is only one, but we also have to look at BRI as the ramp is also connected to a single taxiway, is that not bottleneck as well?
Dub or Man would be miles better. Im not hating on bmx but id much rather play a man or a dub over a bmx. Its just in general a pretty boring airport tbh.
And its a bit too small. Ik the devs want smaller airports but man would be a better size.
(Sorry if i offended @YamThirdNow. Just dont think it would work)
Back to the topic i tgink Cincinnati would be great seeing it has a good variety of routes it has 2 passenger concourses and its a cargo hub.
It can handle S M and L for passenger and S M L XL for cargo.
