What is your suggestion?
Possibility to purchase a pack of real-life alliance liveries (Star Alliance/oneworld/SkyTeam) for player’s fleet aircraft, either for GP, or even for actual money (say up to 10€ per pack as a one-off purchase) as an additional source of income from the game, which I think would be well deserved
.
How would it work in the game?
In the game shop, next to the Airbus/Boeing packs, you’d have packs for each of the main alliances, each of which would include their livery for 4-5 planes (e.g. E170, A20N, B38M, B789 and A359). These liveries would be then unlocked to be applied in the hangar as custom liveries.
Why is this a good idea?
Alliance liveries are one of the most common special liveries (recent Embraer update saw them added for KLM or LOT, for example) and this way players could simulate their airline being a member of one of the global alliances.
This idea would go hand in hand with @Mitya 's suggestion to be able to purchase actual airline liveries in terms of increasing realism without having to rely solely on AI contracts, or in this case rather events.

Just for clarification, my idea would suggest the alliance markings only, without the airlines’ logos, i.e. the number of included types times 3 liveries in total
