[Other] - Strobe Lights Turn on While on Runways

:bullseye: What is your suggestion?
Following up on This Request, and this request strobe lights should be on at any time a plane is past the runway hold short line. This includes lining up for takeoff, after landing before crossing the hold short line, and at SYD and PRG, when crossing the runways that are not in use. Also, at SXM and INN, while back-taxiing on the runway.

:hammer_and_wrench: How would it work in the game?
Strobes would turn on when a plane has crossed a runway hold short line:

After landing, strobes would turn off once the plane has exited the runway and crossed the hold short line. The strobes should STAY ON WHILE THE PLANE IS ON THE RUNWAY, regardless of speed or location.

When lining up, the strobes would turn on when the plane is cleared to enter the runway (see this request)

At airports with inactive runways (SYD and PRG), the strobes would turn on while the plane is crossing those runways.

Also at SYD, while taxiing on the inactive runway (07/25)

At SXM, while back-taxiing on the runway.

At INN, while back-taxiing on the runway.

This would expand this request and this request and improve realism in the game.

Also C planes and CRJ’s that backtrack need the strobes

And when planes land, since we don’t have high exit taxiing for planes (yet :crossed_fingers:), when they slow down, the strobes are turned off and they’re still on the runway. It should be that the strobes are on until the fully exit the runway.

I don’t know how the taxiway is coded, but maybe add a node or point (preferably hold short point of the taxiway) in the coding that the planes will keep strobes on and after crossing that point, the strobes will turn off
