Clean and simple, hard to come up with names without them seeming cheesy (ignore the fact I’m called LeChonk Group)

Horsepower airlines and their aircraft manufacturing branch have made a major announcement today, following the completion of their 2nd and 3rd OVR1s, that the manufacturing capability of this type will be opened to the entire world, with many orders starting to come in from some major airlines like united and JAL, the CEO says that it’s “only a matter of time before the big 3 alliances start ordering them as well”, talking about TQI, AWA, and FLX.

major cancelations

With cyclone Alfred approaching southeast Australia, horsepower airlines, outback link, and many other SYD based airlines have made major cancelations for affected areas such as gold coast, Lord Howe Island, Coffs Harbour and others. Along with flights to those airports, many others are being redirected around the storm, or above for the case of some horsepower airlines supersonic flights.
“we value the safety of our passengers, and we understand these cancelations may impact you lives, and for that we will compensate you with whatever you feel fit, within reason” says the CEO of HP air, encouraging passengers to submit requests through their support system

psst, screenshot competition guys, I don’t know if this will hit syd but it could be a good chance if it does

First JJet Europa Hub To Be Changed
JJet Europa (new member of the JJet group) has changed its maiden hub from LHR to the German city of Leipzig, here’s what the airline states, ‘with LHR we’ll never stay in business as theres loads of competition with BA and other Legacy Carriers. Whereas with our other set hub (Leipzig) there’s really only competition with Lufthansa (only to their hubs) and Condor (more holidays). Also getting slots at Heathrow is really expensive and will put us in debt straight away, also there’s opportunity to start cargo operations aswell!’ With JJet not currently being able to get slots at LHR they’ll change their first flight from LHR-LEJ to LEJ-LCY starting with an ATR aircraft. Thats right an ATR! The JJet group has announced the order of 10 ATR 43 aircraft with an option for 7 more!
And the Airlines maiden flight will change to over a month earlier! Now starting operations on the 31st of march!

Farewell to BKK

China Airlines had announced that they had got the long-term contract with LHR, also had a codeshare agreement with BA. Soon all focus will be put on heathrow since it had upgraded to regional airfield. More airlines will soon be surging to LHR at Q2 this year.

Huge News!

After months of hard work and getting it certified the first A300-600EC has entered service, this comes after a plan from Eco Aviation to modify existing A300s to make them more sustainable including using recycled Plastic for wall panels and overhead bins, new screens with real time information, useing 50% SAF as our jet fuel, new mood lighting and a new seat cover which will slowly be rolled out to all aircraft.
New seats covers:

The Project Information:
It started in June 2024 when a lot of Regional and Intercity flights where the majority of our flights where operated by the A300 with an average age of 25-30 years old and the oldest being 41 years, passengers complained that the aircraft was old fashioned and pretty filthy so thats why the refurbishment was launched. After months of testing and certification and a new parent company change on 1st January 2025 the first A300-600 (EI-REZ) flew from Eco Engineering works in SNN to Airbus facility in TLS where the refurbishment was taking place this was completed on the 6th of March and is expected to return to SNN by 10th of March. At the TLS Eco CEO said “the most exciting, recently refurbished A300 will be coming into service on 15th of March, we will be having a test flight on Monday 10th, Tuesday the 11th and Wednesday the 12th to make sure it was done properly. If the feedback is very positive then we will do the A320-200, A330-200 (and upcoming A330-300) the refurbishment next as they are starting to become dated as well as taking new delivery of the A321XLR this year.”

New screens information:
The hardest, most costly upgrades is our information screen, the new screens which will be placed at above the seats are made by Airbus, however the information are made by Eco technology in Dublin which will consist of 10 slides showing things like information, weather and very important information.

The hardest thing about it is the time it took to make one of them and testing (which took roughly 2 weeks for each slide) on all slides it always have the time, type of flight (Regional for example) and in the centre a speaker symbol for flight announcements flashing)

The future of our refurbishment
The refurbishment shows the industry that old aircraft can be fit for purpose once again (instead of being sent to scrap) which extends the lifespan of the airframe by 15-20 years. It also designed to show how Eco is very strong on aircraft (and served its purpose well).

There you go, just in this pic to the left you see the non refurbished A300 to the right you see the Referbished A300.

Hopefully this will show airlines that the A300 still have some life left after the referbishment and will cut down costs.
