yeah heard of that, it’s scary to see that happning in my home country
yeah it’s sad, no control from the plane, head on into the car & smashed into the fences & straight down to the water, at least all 4 crew memebers got out
This is wild too because they, despite never having operated more than a few aircraft at a time, have had THREE hull losses (A300 in 2010, 747s in 2017 and 2025), of which two were fatal. It is a mindboggling lack of focus on safety to have lost more than a third of your total fleet that you have ever operated in crashes. I doubt the company will manage to stay afloat after this.

I wish they’d do a retro livery for the 777-300 with their old chrome livery. That’d look sick. I do quite like this and it definitely works better than it would if they’d put it on the sad nosed 787s.

Really happy with that, shame BNA went to the 350 rather then the 773, but happy to have another Midwestern airport have 777s in CVG!
Etihad Airways announced to switch all their ten weekly flights from AUH to SYD from the B777-300ER to the A350-1000. It will improve efficiency and cuts emissions on Etihad‘s longest route.
BA A380s are due a refit soon with less seats.
