Wizz Air Have announced a new route from TRS (Trieste) to NAP (Naples), the route will start from the 14th of December, the ticket will be purchable from today, there will be 4 flight a week (monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, the price of the ticket will all start from 19.99€

Apparently, GE Aerospace flew a hybrid-electric Saab 340B across the Atlantic and to altitudes of over 30,000 feet.
According to the Seattle Times,
“Mohamed Ali, president and CEO of GE Aerospace Commercial Engines and Services, told reporters at a press briefing Monday that “this is not a lab experiment or a one-off prototype.” The flight tests “help validate hybrid electric technology as a credible path for next-generation engine systems,” he said.”

Palm Beach International Airport has been renamed to President Donald J. Trump International Airport after a Florida law was passed for such to happen back in March, the name change took place on July 9th.
The IATA code with remain as PBI until August 18th where it’ll be changed to DJT.
Highway signs have already been changed…

I was just thinking about that. Like why go for the 787s, this is the first boeing aircraft they have gone for not including the 777. like they air all airbus mostly airline. Besides when they flew the 747 back in the day

Alaska Airlines will replace Hawaiian Airlines’ Boeing 717 fleet with Hawaiian-branded Boeing 737-800s for Neighbor Island services from 2028. Based in Honolulu and crewed locally, these aircraft will operate out of Terminal 1 at Honolulu’s International Airport.

BermudAir has ordered up to 10 Airbus A220-300s at the Farnborough Airshow 2026 via affiliate Odyssey, with deliveries starting Q4 2027. Aircraft will be configured at 135 seats across three classes. The carrier targets fleet of up to 20 A220s by 2030.
