Last Flight for 2025 was a Flight from Anchorage - Dallas - Los Angeles.
Few photos from the very cold start in Anchorage. And on the transit in Dallas loading and offloading some freight.
Wishing everyone a Very Happy and Successful 2026!

I love how you get those really close photos of the 747 especially in the sunset, it’s really beautiful.
Thanks, yeah it is really special to still be around and flying the 747.

Moving from Miami to hurghada must be one crazy culture shift. Are you living there long-term?
Still good weather! (As a Brit so I like the warmth lol)
yes
That new Korean livery gives the 8i a KLM look. Nice photos.
What! I literally thought that was an old photo of klm at first glance![]()
Not really haha they’re always there and around Europe (Britain isn’t EU anymore). All the tension is on media and political offices. The military still runs business as usual, including with allies. Also, think FR24 grabs belong in Aviation Talking Point ![]()
I meant EU as in the European continent
There’s been a lot of movement recently with flights to the Middle East and carrier movements, BBC News was tracking it yesterday. Lakenheath I believe is up that way and I think it’s a USAF tanker base, I know they operate F15s from there, and I know Mildenhall is for the Strategic end of the USAF. Loads of USAF assets are based in the UK and in Germany so not a big surprise to see them but it has been fun to see hoards of them relocating to the sandbox.
There was a c-17 over Watford in the morning today as well!
