Since we’re getting the A340 remodel in game soon, I might as well give context to this photo which has been my profile picture since I joined the forums.
This was D-AIHT at Hong Kong back in 16th February 2024 after visiting extended family for Chinese New Year. I think this was the only time I’ve got an actual close look at this, only other time was more distant sight of Mahan Air’s A340-300 EP-MMT at Beijing Capital on 9th April last year.

I remember I use to see the Lufthansa A340-600 it was an iconic plane in HK, but it’s gone now

I had a very fortunate week flying wise.
I was able to finally fly the Retro 747-8F livery. Unfortunately the weather in Anchorage wasn’t playing along too nicely but I was still lucky enough to get some great photos of her!
