That’s awesome! Seeing as you have inside first hand knowledge… do you know if cargo ops are assigned specific stands at HKG based on airline/jet size… or is it just random? Trying to ensure our wiki is as accurate as possible

Not quite. I’m not entirely sure on the methodology of assigning stands. We usually get a stand about 3 hours in from our ops department.
But the way HKG is set up in the game is pretty accurate. Cathay freighter ops usually get the stands near the Cathay Cargo Terminal. But when that side is too full, we get put by the D stands and X stands near HAECO terminal.

Happened to be at Boeing Field today, here are a handful of highlights:
4 777Xs, I think including the Lufthansa production aircraft, and testbeds for both the max 7 and max 10. Also the Embraer Praetor 500 demonstrator randomly landed, offloaded a pair of crew, and departed, so that was interesting. Plus ofc tons of maxes lined up for predelivery stuff and reworking and such, although I didn’t end up getting a picture. Nothing compared to what there was a few years ago ofc, when we had something like 200 crammed into that employee parking lot and taxiways

A good flight from LGW-CFU today on Euroflyer, sitting in 15B for half the flight but my dad swapped with me for landing so I got a window!
Unfortunately it was on the ‘wrong’ side for the approach, but it looks stunning nonetheless!

Yeah on the left side of the aircraft coming into CFU you have a cool approach where you see most of the island.

It varies, it’s 9 now and it’s really nice, 22°C but feels like 25°C, it’ll get up to about 26°C, but being a small island it’s got a nice sea breeze everywhere so it’s not like back home where when it’s hot, you can’t function lol.
This is my second time in Corfu, last time I was right up north in the island, this time I’m in between the north and Corfu Town (where the airport it), think I prefer this place as it’s less filled with tourists than the Sidari (the place I stayed before). It’s a nice island and you can get great views from almost everywhere, and the sea is majestic.
Second picture is actually Albania as if you’re on the east of the island it’s only about a 7-10 mile gap.

I was in Agios Gordios. Beach there have/had the clearest water I’ve ever seen.

Really nice day out, shame that it’s pretty much only A320s and 737s, as last time I came to Corfu (2018 I think it was) it was plauged with 757s and just more variety in general, took those times for granted for sure!
