Alright here are some photos earlier from JER, I’ll post some from the flights once I get home. Not a bad airport Jersey, but some of the staff there are extremely rude…

The jet 2 733 was headed to leeds.
Still not as bad as a few Freebird staff at Dalaman, in fact most people who was checking in was eather forced to put there bag in the sizer or was interrogated all together, the lady on one line was interrogated by 2 Freebird staff for bringing a pushchair and a car seat saying it was not allowed on board which I think was ridiculous.

That’s nothing compared to this. Some Swissport supervisor threatened to offload a group of about 15 of us because we couldn’t fit into the waiting room they wanted everyone in and there wasn’t any working air con in it, saying we were blocking a fire exit, which had wheelchairs blocking it. Other airport staff just laughed when people complained and got a telling by another passenger. Basically an already sour situation got made even worse because of the way the staff treated passengers and how they board flights there.

Or this lad who was kicked out by an extremely rude lounge staff, even though he paid for it.

Did they give an explanation? Usually they just let you in as a frequent flyer of ba 380s in business.

You can’t force people to go in a room then threaten to turn them away because they were in there.
Absolute shambles.
That’s stupid. They turn people away from 51st&green in Dublin THAT HAVE PASSES, and put them on a waitlist to wait for people to leave, and when I got in there it was at maybe 1/3 capacity.

We spoke to the crew on the flight, asked them if they’d know if it’s a complain for easyJet, Swissport or Ports of Jersey (who run the airport). They said complain directly to the airport so that’s what we are going to do. The crew we spoke to were genuinely shocked when we were telling them what’s going on, add the heat in to it, it’s almost as if they were doing everything they could to get themselves into trouble for something going wrong with a passengers health…

Are planning to write a written complaint from the incident or call them out on social media, what they did was totally unacceptable and very dangerous.
Most certainly will be.
Hopefully they’ll get suspended or dismissed for what they did.
I assume you’ve experienced something similar there? Didn’t have any issues last time I used JER, and everything went well up until boarding.
