Description of the Bug:
I cannot service wide body aircrafts (Airbus, Boeing) even when I’ve purchased the stand for it. When I assign an aircraft to the stand, it keeps showing internal server error instead of assigning the aircraft to the stand and asking for landing clearance. Also an Airbus A320 aircraft keeps showing runway occupied but the runway is free.
Steps to Reproduce:
While handling the aircrafts, I tap on an Airbus A319 aircraft, assigning it to stands 102 or 104 then the internal server error pop up appears.
You may need to restart the game or your device, the server issue it pops up from time to time.
For the runway thing, even if the runway appears free, if a plane is on final approach to the runway, you can’t tell a plane to line up yet, you need to wait until it lands. If this is not the problem, please reply.
Thank you for your response, I’ll restart the game and my device to see if it’ll work. But concerning the runway occupied bug, that’s not the problem. It keeps showing runway occupied from the beginning of the game till whenever I stop playing.
Um I’m not sure what the problem is, maybe try reinstalling the game? Your progress should save if you link your account to the game center or your apple/google account.
For the runway bug, could you add a screenshot in 2d mode showing the entire runway when the bug occurs?
