:pushpin: Why should this airline be added?
An historically significant regional airline within Brazil, it was merged with Nordeste to become the largest regional airline in Brazil in 1995, then becoming integrated with parent Varig in 1997 fully changing its livery to one alongside Varig. It’s also one of my favourite airlines along with TAM and VASP (Not just these 3 though I have lots ) and I’d love to see all in full at GRU at some point in the future :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:.
I spent a hellish amount of time on this trying to compile everything so I hope everyone enjoys it :slightly_smiling_face:.

I originally wanted to add this just for the ERJ 145 as currently there are none in South America, however, doing the research onto the airline I feel it could be a proper local airline for GRU especially with the 737 remodel in the future. It would give GRU a lot more flavour with a host of weird and wonderful aircraft and sizes in operation, making the airport a lot more colourful and interesting. Plus the Renault special liveries are ace, always been a fan of the Clio of that generation so it’d be a cool livery to see.

Absolute legend of a website covering Varig’s fabulous history.
