Not really. Number of levels, value of aircraft (eg concorde), number of stands and some other values are the main influences
You don’t know how long it takes to test and people who are actually testing are saying it’ll be within a month.

Devs are alpha testing right now to build the basics. So it’s not going to be December, so please stop saying that.

IAD won’t have 4 runways and that has little to do with it. It’s based on the value of the type of rewards you get. Fun fact LHR was actually higher than 80 before the final release.

Now that we’ve seen the DH8D, syd, and gear retraction all in development I’m confused. Which one is coming in 2.4.0?

August would be closer. Unless Beta testing starts in a week or so.

Never say never and not necessarily at all airports, but it is likely new levels will come especially at LHR to add the link to SYD

That would most likely be the case, but maybe not all.
For LHR, specifically I would not be surprised if there are 5 or even more new levels (to unlock SYD). Mining in SXM was a torture for me last time.
