What a load of Lies, 787s gear retract almost immediately after takeoff and also you said that SYD and remodel aircraft is first than gear which is also not true.

I mean that’s personal preference, not relevant to what I’m talking about. In the three years I’ve been following this game I’ve seen retractable gear requested more than literally anything else

Personally, I would also like to see all the updates that are announced, I think everything that has already been announced is (almost) finished anyway and the full focus is on SYD anyway.
And in the end it doesn’t matter what we say here anyway, the developers set their priorities just as they like. So for the next update they have invested hours of work in things we never expected and we should be happy that the game is progressing faster than expected.
And at the point where we learn about developments, the innovation is over 90% complete and then it’s no longer worth “stopping”.

Why do you get so enraged so quickly? Doesn’t help posting stuff like that as from past incidents, it’s only made things worse…

Simply put, no one gets my point, not once and I thought deleting my original post would help slow it down, I’m not in the mood today honestly hence when I saw lies I quickly respond in a morealess serious manner to try telling the truth.
But maybe I should take a break from the forum?

No it doesn’t it stays out to let the brakes to cooldown under the Wheel Well Fire Detection System: May be inoperative provided landing gear remain extended for ten minutes after takeoff. Also technically also in case of engine failure after V1, landing gear should be retracted until takeoff obstacles are cleared and airplane is 1500 ft. above the airport.
Well that’s something else I’ve seen a lot of them on YouTube mainly 330s never seen a 787 with gears down, where did you get this info?

Can we give it a rest with the petty arguments? It’s extremely irritating having to keep dealing with small matters like this turning into something sour. There’s also a trend of who seemingly keeps being involved in these little arguments.
This is the SYD thread, and whilst this is a feature coming with the release of SYD (and therefore can be discussed here), can we not get distracted by arguments. It’d be greatly appreciated.
Can we just stop it now? If you’ve had a bad day or not, no need to get into heated debates all the time.

I would probably agree. I know this feature has been highly requested, but I do very little playing outside of 2D mode, so what keeps me interested is either new planes that are fun and the new airports.
This landing gear change really should’ve been saved until all planes are updated to the new models as now they have to retrofit old models. Its more time in the long run they have to spend on it.
Alliances are also another feature that have been teased by devs for a while and aren’t implemented and that’s THE singular feature that I want to see added. But until a new airport or alliances are added, most of my medium or large airports have several thousand XP in storage on the tarmac and I see little reason to keep playing them at this point. The exception is probably SXM as its got a lot of my favorite liveries in the game for prop planes, which are my favorite to look at in game.

I think you are a new user in the game, that is why you are giving your opinion like this However, the issue of retracting landing gears is a main theme of the game since its launch. I have been playing the game since 2023 and I have always seen it in comments from others.years and the most current that this topic has been requested with great force and has always been one of the most in-demand topics, many old players have left the game for that topic as well and for f It is your personal opinion but I do not share it and the planes in the game are being updated.

It’s not true, maybe you’ve seen it because you were there at the time, but I, who watch live videos of airplane takeoffs from the world’s main spotters on YouTube, see that all the 787s As soon as they take off from the airport, their landing gears immediately retract.

Now for @AJHP333 and @QGFSC it varies. So both of yall are correct. Now the planes go by my house at 1500 feet and sometimes the gear is up sometimes not. Most of the time i see them with gear up but i see the occasional one that still has the gear down.
