Why should this airline be added?
Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Brasilia, it operated most of its flights from Sao Paulo Congonhas CGH. It was an influential airline in Brazilian history and even though the airline collapsed in December 2001, the livery has continued on into the 2020s with the numerous abandoned aircraft still left littering airports across Brazil, in 2023 the final 2 767-200s at Brasilia were moved (I donβt know if this counts as being past the 2010 embargo on airlines). It would make for an excellent addition to GRUβs pas and if not as a regular airline, at least as a special event.
