On a laptop you’ll need to download Bluestacks and install WoA from the google play store. If you already downloaded it and it no longer works you can contact the WoA devs at support@flboys.games. If you bought something on another account I don’t know if there is any way to transfer accounts from a phone to your Chromebook

1st how much did you pay? It usually free to download
2nd it doesn’t work on computers unfortunately and a Chromebook is classed as a computer, it works best on Phones and tablets not on computers, I tried it on my PC and it didn’t really work unfortunately.

So it doesn’t work on your Chromebook? Because I’m pretty sure it should
