Game UI - Possible features/updates

Hi!

Does anyone know if the aircraft liveries will be adapted for B77LF and B748F at some point? So that there is the same variety as for other aircraft? Or do they have to be updated first?
The A350 still looks very poor, but I think the rework will also bring new liveries.

Would it perhaps also be an idea to sell paint packages? That you buy a livery once and it is then unlocked for all aircraft?

Every time an aircraft is reworked it adds bunch of new liveries so I believe that will the case with the 748F, which will probably bring the 744RR, and 77LF, which will probably bring the 77L+77E.

T4 aircraft would still have to cross the runway no matter if it’s used for landing or take off.

Idea: make WoApedia count how many times you handle each livery, not just if you do.

sure, not only T4 also Cargo planes. Therefore i wrote departing/crossing…

Ah yes forgot about Cargo :man_facepalming: and also if it was in game the Royal/ViP terminal.

I know some guys are getting tired of this topic but the issue with the slow tempo of the arrival planes is getting obvious after the LHR release. From 80 planes (mostly L and X) in the arrival list, it took me over 40 minutes to land half of those planes, by the help of the Tower Manager (6%)

Look, it wouldn’t be a big of a deal, if the discrepancy between the landing/taxiing and the handling/departure/flight-time wouldn’t be so immense.

It is kind of frustrating to have that amount of planes waiting to arrive, everytime you do start the game on the next day.
Next to the suggestions to increase the landing/taxiing speed + slowing down the handling/flight time, it could be already helpful if you put in the option, that the planes do an “offline autopilot landing” as soon as you ordered a gate for it. Fortunately there is already the case that you don’t need to be in the game to see a plane taking off after you finished the handling of it. So why not doing the same process with the landing?
Sure, it could be a bit boring not to attend the landing process but it would reduce the arrival time of each plane.

Greetings

It would be great if when we have active control tower with delivery, that the stands are asigned randomly across the airport. Now they are assigned in order and planes are all together.

It would be especially useful at larger airports like MCT, IAD, LHR…

In the same track as my previous message about tiny text on phones… This game is pretty hard to play when I tried after the phone changed to “sleeping mode” / monochromatic.

Mostly due to the color palette being 1) almost exclusively 3 or 4 colors of blue and 2) things like toggles in ATC present the same with on/off only changing green/red colors.

Admittedly, 1) probably not an easy fix but 2) could be addressed by moving the “switch circle” in your toggle to the left/right in addition to the color change!

Yea but sometimes when the max time and the time I assign is pretty slim and close, it will screw up near the end and give me a “delayed” status, so I usually put the max handling for speed and insurance

There aren’t enough handlers in the game!!!

You only get +1 handler and +1 contract for every stand you unlock. In my opinion, S stands should give 1 handler, M give 2, L give 3, and X give 4.

Or… every time I purchase a fuel truck or a cleaning truck I get 1 more handler.

In my honest opinion, I don’t think the number of “handling members” should be anything players really need to worry about. It should only be the different ground crew equipment (fuel, boarding, etc…) that players should be managing and keeping in mind.

Just like in real life then at LHR, look on flightradar and time it for 40mins. As that’s what they followred.

Also make sure you got another equipment.

Agreed, though the planes could be more efficient with maintaining speed on the runway before/while exiting depending. I think it’s just an issue with handling being too fast (even with using the min amount to stay on time).

This is something i want too. Sure my priorities are more plane types like 767 and a321, new airlines/destinations, and airports, but i want the airports to feel more realistic. I want to have heathrow and others have many more occupied gates instead of the turnaround times making it seem like theres only so many planes you can have on the ground at once especially with medium sizes.

Itd also be cool if they made the surrounding environment more alive. Heathrow looks like its in an abandoned city with no electricity. Itd also look really cool to have a system where you could queue like three planes at a time to land and have them come in from a distance especially at night where you can see their landing lights lining up. Also make it possible to use multiple runways for takeoffs and landings if needed especially if they make turn around times longer. Whether it could cost extra money or not is up to them but it would be cool. More of an unmatched atc or airport madness system where you have to watch out for incursions and hazards would be more fun too. Its only so fun watching planes land normally.

And i agree with the auto assigning gates thing for delivery being more fun if its random. The way it is now its like each section of the airport has a wave of all the planes parking there and then being dead empty.

Also PLEASE update gear retraction, engine sounds, and the unsightly crj and a320 models.

those are coming sometime this year, with the a320 expected to come soon

coming after all old models are updated

Devs said that during Q1 this year they continuously be updating Heathrow. But I really do agree with your point Of Heathrow looking like its in an abandoned city, so hopefully they will update the scenery too. One thing I really hope that can be added Is more detailed highways and highway traffic too, because right now, most of the roads other than the ones leading into the terminals look just randomly placed, and there are no underpasses or overpasses at all. An example of this is the underpass leading from the emirates model to T2/3. Currently, it just collides with the tarmac, so It would be nice to see that fixed. Also, the interchange leading from the m25 to T5. currently, it is just flat and the M25 is way to skinny. Speaking of skinny roads, the transition from skinny ones to bigger ones is jus them attaching together like tape so it would also be cool it those were made realistic. These are just my thoughts though.

We have NO knowledge of the status of the A320 family and given its size and that the B146 and A350 are ahead of it in the remodel queue I don’t think we could possibly get it for at least a few months

All we know is that it is “delayed”

There have been no timelines given on when any of the updated models being released, nor on any airport updates or releases. Please don’t spread false information  All that is really known is that the B146 and A35K / A359 are in progress…
