One of my faves alongside the 747SPs. I also love the 3 JC ANA A380s I couldn’t fit on the map. Ordered the Pan Am L1011 but it sold out before I got mine which sucked.

Did find when I went looking just then, someones asking for £100 for one. Nuts how the value of these models skyrockets sometimes.

Look at those First Choice 757s for example, I was weighing it up at first and thought nope, not a chance. Decided get another Thomas Cook 757 instead (mostly because my existing one has a large paint bubble on its wing, but may as well keep it until something similar releases).

Well as the easyJet flights have gone up a ton… I most likely won’t be jetting off with them in February, so I’m gonna have a look into the model fair at AMS next year to see if I could maybe head there for a weekend.

Went to Manchester airport today as part of my holiday up north
Turns out they had a full on airport shop up there!
Massive collection of 1/400s, would’ve gotten one if they weren’t hideously overpriced Almost got this one, have a feeling @Ecoaviation would like this The restaurant also had a full Concorde next door, don’t we all

I dont have the A321NEO model but i do have the A320NEO along with the A320-200.
But honestly now that i think about it i haven’t been to Manchester since June 2018 so maybe i sould come back soon.

Always use to go in the shop as a kid, one of the highlights of a trip to the airport. They also use to have a second one in T1 arrivals.
Personally, the entire Visitor Park is overpriced, and since they decided to replace the mounds with a VIP terminal, I haven’t touched the place.

Yeah, i saw the new release announcement yesterday, despite the mold it’s a good release choice. The only one I will definitely be getting from that release set is the Vulkan air An-26 as i saw it land in Fuerteventura last year, its a shame it doesn’t have a reg and the livery is slighty innacurate though:

Well, not done an update on anything lately, so here we go:
Small Scottish airport just needs grass then it’s about done, hopefully gonna get a 3D design deck Air Southwest aircraft just for the purpose of the small 3 gate diorama.
Then I’ve cleared a space up in my room the purchase some wood early next year and then create a proper model airport, will have 4 C gates but it can handle E
(Floodlights indicate the terminal)
