They were doing that so quick.

I was assuming that would take few years under supply chain issues.

Surely they didn’t think it was normal that 30 of their passengers were missing? That can’t possibly happen often (missing almost 15% of your expected tickets), at least on a smaller flight like an A21N/B738? Wierd…

Isn’t India the reason Aegean is acquiring those 2 A21NY’s? Wonder if this has anything to do with that?

BAE Systems welcomes first ERJ 135 :united_kingdom:

BAE Systems Corporate Air Travel has taken delivery of its first Embraer ERJ 135, joining the two ERJ 145s already operating in the fleet. The aircraft—formerly with Loganair and withdrawn from service in 2023—has now been repainted in the company’s new livery, matching the scheme introduced on their 737 800F. Despite the change of ownership the aircraft has also retained its original registration G-SAJT.

That’s just unfortunate… I guess the ups crash that killed the md11 will be looked back on in the same regard as the Air France crash that killed the Concorde.

With Concorde it was a mix of that ruining it’s reputation and fuel prices going up, also they were very expensive to operate. Wasn’t really profitable anymore.

Are they going to operate passenger flights? Though they were an aircraft manufacturer not an airline xd

No it’s for BAe workers, they ferry them about. Why you see one land at RAF Consingby from Warton carrying BAe workers.
