This airline is currently not available in the game. Adding it would allow contracts from Russia.

B38M returned VQ-BGW Boeing 737 MAX 8
returned VQ-BGV Boeing 737 MAX 8

Also previously operated the A319 and had it in oneworld colours too,

I also want to tack onto the bottom the 737-500 as I have a model of this,

And a few others they used to operate in the arguably better older livery,

A310,

TU-154 (If we ever see it),

737-400,

And the A321,

Would be nice to see both liveries in full.

Sorry to ask, but are Russian airlines okay now to be on airline requests? - Did I miss any info regarding this

Thanks for adding the previously used and older liveries!
I haven’t had time to update the list yet myself.

Apparently so, at least for suggestions. Came as a surprise to me as I’ve been sat on these suggestions all day wondering what I do with them.

I like to try and cover every livery the airline operated lol. Also just prefer the old livery personally, felt more fun with the people on it and less corporate though I don’t mind the new one.

Forgot the variety in the Russian airlines would be great to see the liveries at our airports for sure.

@ukplanespotter757 Yes, I understand that this really surprised you. That’s why, in order to add the requests I had written down in my notes a long time ago, I decided to clarify it yesterday.
Even though these airlines don’t exist at the moment, we’re still discussing and suggesting a wide range of different airlines, liveries, and aircraft types — if you look at all of this from an aviation enthusiast’s perspective.
And in any case, this is just another suggestion, like many others about aircraft types, liveries, or airlines, each of which has its own timeline — some appeared earlier, some later.

@Royston2712 Yes. At the moment, I’ve submitted requests for 14 airlines, and so far only 3 have been added — I’m really looking forward to the rest.

Would S7 rejoin OneWorld if peace became a thing

I doubt it

I’m not an expert on alliances, but as far as I understand, Aeroflot’s membership in SkyTeam is currently suspended by agreement. S7’s situation is similar — their participation in Oneworld is also suspended, without a formal full exit. What will happen next is unknown.
At the same time, I can still earn miles with some former partners — for example, S7 still accepts miles for flights with Qatar Airways, Cathay Pacific, and Malaysia Airlines. Aeroflot has a similar arrangement with China Eastern, China Southern, Vietnam Airlines, Garuda Indonesia, and a few others. So, when flying with international airlines that are part of Oneworld or SkyTeam, you can still accumulate miles on your S7 or Aeroflot account, even though full alliance cooperation, as I understand it, no longer works.

Excuse my ignorance, but how many Russian airlines were in the game before? I only saw Aeroflot and S7. What other airlines were there?

Ural, volga-dnepr and a handful of it’s subsidiaries, UTair

That’s all I recall, I may have missed some

There was Rossiya as well. There was also a cargo operator that flew B752Fs as well, but I can’t remember their name.
