This is just my personal preferences but I’d love to see these few,
Northwest 332/333, Air Berlin A332/A333, US Airways A332/A333, TAM A332, BMI A332, Condor A332, Mexicana A332, Cathay A333, WOW A333, XL Airways France A332/A333, Iberia Old colours A333, Air Europa A332/A333, Air Italy A332, Avianca A332

As a candian, some that I would love to see are the new a332 and old a333, and 30th anniversary a333 for air transat. Another that I would like to see is the star alliance AC livery because we only have one special canadian livery in total
I’m hoping for Air China A332/A333 and China Southern A332/A333, I like their liveries and I think they suit the A330 quite well.
I can’t see them not being included tbh, would work brilliantly for the likes of PRG where the larger aircraft just don’t fit. China Eastern too, though I’d prefer to see the old livery as the new white one is awful 
Another one I can see definitely being added as it irl turns up at LHR regularly.
I have 2 nominations that could be barely noticed by many people.
The first one is Virgin Australia’s A330-200.
And another one is Tianjin Airlines A330-300 (not -200 in the game, and I didn’t see anyone has posted that)
I was onboard that aircraft type in earlier years on an inauguration flight (wasn’t aware of that until I was at the gate). And I got the ticket between Australia and China for like $AU 200, or around $US 135. It was even cheaper than a domestic Qantas flight in Australia, even at that time when Qantas was still some distance away from a total joke.
Of the less obvious choices, I’d like to see Air India’s, they had two between 2007 and 2014:
Air Berlin would definitely be awesome to have, especially if some of their narrow-body aicraft were included too
Air Italy has always been one of my favorite European liveries on the A330ceo
I have plenty i have in mind but I’ll keep the 3 liverys i have in mind. All are A330-200
1st i would like to see the Aer Lingus in the old livery. Probably wont as they only have 1 left and i doubt it will ever return to service.
Thomas Cooks hybrid livery is one I’d love to see, one of my personal favourite A330 liveries alongside the Jet2 (AirTanker) A332. I do think Thomas Cook needs some short haul aircraft in game though.
Corsairfly would be awesome, especially if the 747 is made regular.
