Why should this airline be added?
Star Airlines was bought by XL Leisure Group in 2006 to serve as the French airline for their rapidly expanding operations but by September 2008 the parent group was dead. This airline, however, was purchased by a banking group and continued to operate on scheduled flights to the Caribbean, the US, Africa and the Middle East and charter services to the Med on short haul flights. The airline continued in this vain until September 2019 when it went bankrupt. The name and assets have been purchased so it may return in the future.This would be the final of the 3 and the longest lasting, and if it gets implemented anything like TUI, we might get all the aircraft serving all the airlines. It would also bring that beautiful colour and livery to the majority of playable airports withen the range the aircraft in the fleet have.
