I don’t think so. You’ve linked Boeing 717, this is Boeing 727, they’re not the same…

Total Cargo retired theirs around November last year, there are more operators though, like USA Jet, Air Class Cargo and UniWorld Air Cargo

If the developers do make this, I would suggest using a different blueprint as the one attached has odd looking eyebrow windows and I feel like that indicates there are other issues too
